The “Why” Behind Bileaf
My name is Sreedhana, and my love for tea isn’t just professional—it’s personal. But as I dove deeper into the world of FMCG, I discovered a “hidden crisis” that broke my heart. I saw how the market was flooded with “fancy dust,” hidden additives, and dyes—shortcuts taken at the expense of your health just to pad a profit margin.
I believe that as a woman building a business in today’s world, integrity is the only currency that matters. I couldn’t sit back and watch tea lovers settle for less. I wanted to create a brand that stood for Radical Honesty.

The Assam-to-Kerala Connection
To build something better, I teamed up with my brother, Sreejith. While I focus on our vision and community here in Kerala, he is our boots on the ground in the lush hills of Assam.
He doesn’t just buy tea; he navigates the Guwahati Tea Auction Centre to hand-pick batches that meet our “honest” standard. We don’t use middlemen who dilute the quality. We source directly so that the strength of the estate reaches your kitchen exactly as nature intended.

We spent months perfecting what we call the Tri-Grain Blend. It’s the functional “secret sauce” that makes Bileaf different:
BOP (Broken Orange Pekoe): For the soul-soothing aroma.
